Two nights ago Stephen mentioned that he found a slow jams mix from back in the day. This comment opened the flood gates of reminiscing of great songs from back in the middle/high school days. Songs such as Pony by Ginuwine, Nobody by Keith Sweat, and many other great jams from the 90's. So this morning I spent some time digging around and finding some of these great songs that haven't been played for a long time. It was worth the work. Especially when Stephen decided to do a little dancing.

wow as soon as that video started I was reaching into my wallet for a wad of singles. Amazing maybe steven could make a workout video, called dancing to slow jams of the early 90s. Where can i pre-order a copy?
